If you’re looking for a unique organization that will not only develop your physical fitness but also your mental acuity and competitive spirit, you’ve come to the right place. Rowing at Lake Brantley has many perks like rowing out of our state-of-the-art boathouse, but it’s the multiple other benefits of character development that make us a one-of-a-kind team. In our short 25-year history, we have won dozens of State Championship titles, and have seen several top-ten places at the National level. Our students have impressively high grade-point averages while rowing, and are members of other clubs at Lake Brantley High School, like the National Honors Society. Dozens of our alumni have gone on to continue rowing at the collegiate level, competing in national-level regattas like the NCAA Championship.
Not only do we have programs for middle and high school students, we also have a growing adult rowing program as well. The Lake Brantley Masters program has several of our parents, past board members, and sponsors competing across the state and country.
Rowing is not just a sport, it’s a lifestyle. And a lifestyle that is very rewarding. If you think you’d like to become a part of our team, let us know! You can contact our Membership chairperson here with any questions or intentions to join. Also, take a look around our site; you’ll find tons of information about rowing with Lake Brantley, like our practice schedules, coaches, etc. We hope you find what you’re looking for, and we hope to see you at our boathouse soon!
